Product Returns:

You can return unused items within 30 days of the original purchase with the original receipt. The item must be in its original condition with undamaged packaging and labels.

Please note that we only offer refunds; we do not support product exchanges directly. If you want to exchange a product, return it for a refund and place a new order.

For gift returns, we provide gift certificates if the returned product meets the specified criteria.

Refund Information:

To receive a refund, we inspect returned items upon receipt. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound and return shipping.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase. Ensure returns are in the original undamaged packaging; ripped packaging and labels will result in a 25% reduction in the refund amount.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We are not responsible for damage occurring during the return shipping process.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method.

You’re responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service and suggest purchasing shipping insurance, especially for items exceeding the carrier’s standard coverage. Tracking ensures the safe arrival of your return.

We process returns within 24 hours of receiving them, so keep an eye on your email for credit notifications.
